Hello, I'm Laurie I have been an esthetician for almost 18 years. Originally licensed in Portland, Oregon. I have now held an esthetic license in 4 states. Working in Las Vegas, Nevada. New York, New York, and Boston, Massachusetts. Each Area learning and crafting a new modality. Now opening my own Spa I'm bringing everything together. I have always dreamed of living in Central Oregon. Planned our wedding at Five Pine Lodge in Sisters, Oregon while living in Boston. A frequent vacationer for Hunter Jumper Horse shows. Or a quick weekend for hiking and great Beer.

As of Birdie's it has a very special meaning. Not only is it my daughters middle name, my mother's nickname, my great grandmothers love for Birds. But also, my husband who is an avid golfer. Joie Birdie was also born on Master weekend. So, Birdie's was born. From Dreams passion and love.

20 years ago, if you asked me what I would be doing, I would not have said opening a Spa. I was just finishing my prerequisites for nursing school. Wanting to get a master's in social work. After family tragedy struck, I dropped out. How can I help people? Make them feel good when they are leaving. Give them time to just be. Relax. Feel loved. Chat like we have been friends forever. Esthetics called my name. I have never looked back. Believe it or not even after a Brazilian wax you will leave with a smile on your face. I can't wait to meet you and see your smiling face.
